SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through:

Veyro is a trading name operated by AUREVO COMMERCE LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment authorisation and order confirmation.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing may occasionally take longer where:

• Payment verification is required;
• The delivery address requires confirmation;
• The product is temporarily unavailable;
• The order contains multiple products;
• Additional fraud-prevention checks are required;
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control affect fulfilment.

If additional information is required, we may contact the customer using the email address or telephone number provided during checkout.

2. DELIVERY DESTINATIONS

We currently deliver to selected countries and regions, including:

• Austria;
• Switzerland;
• Luxembourg;
• Liechtenstein;
• United Kingdom;
• France;
• Sweden;
• Denmark;
• Norway;
• Finland;
• Other countries or territories made available during checkout.

This list is not exhaustive.

The countries and territories currently served are determined by the delivery options available on our website and during checkout.

A destination is eligible for delivery only when:

• It is available for selection during checkout;
• The checkout accepts the delivery address;
• The selected product can legally and practically be delivered to that destination;
• A suitable delivery service is available.

We may add, restrict or temporarily suspend delivery to a country, territory or region because of carrier limitations, customs restrictions, legal requirements, product restrictions, payment limitations, fulfilment capacity or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 7 to 15 business days.

When the processing period is included, the estimated total time between placing an order and receiving it is normally approximately 8 to 17 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of:

• Customs processing;
• Carrier disruptions;
• Severe weather;
• Public holidays;
• High-demand periods;
• Import inspections;
• Incorrect or incomplete address information;
• Events outside our reasonable control.

Mandatory consumer rights concerning delayed or unsuccessful delivery remain unaffected.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take several business days to display its first update.

A temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the parcel has stopped moving.

5. MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Products from the same order may occasionally be dispatched separately because they are stored at different fulfilment locations or require different delivery methods.

Customers may therefore:

• Receive more than one tracking number;
• Receive different parts of an order on different dates;
• Receive products through different carriers.

Customers will not be charged additional delivery fees merely because an order was divided into multiple packages unless this was clearly disclosed and agreed before purchase.

6. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Where a parcel is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, reasonable reshipping costs may apply where permitted by applicable law.

7. TAXES, DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES

Taxes, import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees and carrier handling charges may vary according to:

• The delivery destination;
• The country from which the product is dispatched;
• The value and classification of the product;
• The applicable customs and tax rules;
• The fulfilment method used for the order.

The product page or checkout will indicate, where applicable, whether taxes and import charges are included in the amount paid to us.

Unless the checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, additional charges may be collected by the relevant customs authority, postal service or delivery carrier.

Where required by applicable law, the customer will be informed before purchase that additional charges may apply.

8. DELAYED ORDERS

If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, the customer should contact us with the order number.

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier or fulfilment provider and provide an update.

Where delivery is delayed, the customer may be entitled to provide us with an additional reasonable period to complete delivery.

If delivery is still not completed within that additional period, the customer may be entitled to cancel the affected purchase and receive a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

9. LOST ORDERS

If tracking information indicates that a parcel may have been lost, we may open an investigation with the carrier.

Depending on the circumstances and the result of the investigation, we may arrange:

• A replacement;
• Reshipment;
• A full refund;
• A partial refund;
• Another appropriate remedy.

10. DAMAGED DELIVERIES

If a parcel or product arrives damaged, the customer should contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

• The order number;
• A description of the problem;
• Photographs or video of the product;
• Photographs of the external packaging;
• Photographs of the internal packaging.

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
